These children are not part of some well-heeled tourist family. They are impoverished local kids who walk around the area, selling tea to people sitting on benches in the town square.

Every evening, they would take time off to feed the monkeys. It was a touching sight, especially given how much the little girl on the right seemed to enjoy herself during this one short period where she was allowed to be a child.
