Grey heron, Kruger NP

While shooting the lions at the giraffe kill, I was parked on an embankment overlooking a dam. The lions were on one side, and that is where everyone's attention was focused.

During a lull in the action, I saw this grey heron making its way towards us. The grey sky gave the water this appearance, and seeing the chance for a high-key image, I got off a couple of frames.
